In 2001 we custom built our premises in Co. Mayo on the west coast of Ireland, and today we manufacture hundreds of different healthcare products for the Irish and European marketplace.

Our dedicated employees have a wide variety of managerial and operational experience and expertise in the manufacture of healthcare supplements. All production and packaging equipment is fully GMP compliant.

We specialise in two main dosage forms, direct compression tabletting and two piece encapsulation, and we have built up a wealth of experience in dealing with a wide range of powder materials.

 

Bioshell's philosophy is to manufacture premium quality product and to ensure total quality assurance from formulation through to packaging of every product we produce. Bioshell is at the forefront of the manufacture of healthcare supplements by using GMP machinery, systems and quality raw materials.

Bioshell has extensive experience in dealing with successful brands and assisting in the development of new projects.

As well as producing a wide range of vitamin, herbal, and nutraceutical formulations; Bioshell is very experienced in the manufacture of sports supplements.

We are working very close with WADA approved testing laboratories to ensure that all sports nutrition products are compliant with WADA quality standards.
