TWO PIECE ENCAPSULATION
BIOSHELL CAN FILL A RANGE OF TWO PIECE HARD CAPSULES FROM GELATINE, CELLULOSE TO PULLULAN. WE HAVE A WEALTH OF EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH A WIDE VARIETY OF RAW MATERIALS.
We use Bosch capsule filling equipment which has an excellent reputation in terms of capsule fill accuracies and capsule integrity. We fill the following capsule sizes:

We are the leading contract manufacturer for filling size 000 capsules at high speed. This capsules size is suitable especially for the sports nutrition markets.
POWDER HANDLING

Throughout the production process, powder loss is kept to an absolute minimum by the use of customised handling and sealing systems from German supplier L.B. Bohle.

In addition to our expertise in tabletting and two piece encapsulation, we also offer filling of powder product, specialising in the sports nutrition market.
BOTTLE FILLING AND BLISTER PACKAGING
As well as providing bulk capsule and tablet contracting services Bioshell can provide a wide variety of bottling and blistering options.
Our bottle filling services allow us to provided a complete end-to-end service from formulation through to packaging. We deal with all the major bottle suppliers, and import bottles from overseas incl. the US where necessary.
We are happy to arrange label and carton design and printing for our clients.
